It has been an amazing week here in Bound. We went into 25-man raiding with the goal of doing the farm content quicker by chain pulling as much as possible. Our tanks were at the ready to blow through content, but it seems that a few of the encounters are still posing a “situational awareness” challenge for many players. After being in ICC for months now, we should be on target to progress at more reasonable rate.

Efforts are being made to pick-up more consistent players and put more focus on synergy between raid members. As much as we adore the members who can only raid a few nights a week, we are looking to expand our roster to include more people who can commit to raiding all 4-nights. challenges

Changes on the Horizon

Additionally, we are likely going to make a slight modification to the raid nights. We will be bouncing around many ideas at the upcoming March 1st Guild Membership Meeting, so please attend if at all possible.

Changes in Recruitment

Effective immediately, all applicants who we decide we would like to pick up will be required to either transfer first, and run a trial raid with exisitng members, or follow along with the live stream for an evening and follow up with questions about the guild. Either way, there will be no more “blind” recruitment, as Trial Runs will be required. Additionally, recruits who transfer first have a greater opportunity to show their stuff!
