… Plan to attend. Meeting will also be broadcast LIVE and recorded for you slackers that are busy on Friday nights while all the WINNAHS start racking up Conquest Points!

Start doing some research; share your favorite battleground strategy on the forums, and come prepared to discussing ways to make this go at Rated BGs a successful one!

Our first raid week in Cataclysm progressed through Bastion of Twilight and past Halfus Wyrmbreaker this evening. The Halfus encounter is variable depending upon the various add spawns, so make sure you are prepared for all of the add possibilities for next week!

Next on deck: Theralion and Valiona. This brother/sister dragon combo has a lot going on, and is shaping up to be a really fun and challenging encounter!

Our first night of raiding was a huge success, but Magmaw and Omnitron Defense System were just warm-ups for the bosses we will go toe to toe with in the coming weeks. Congratulations to all that received upgrades last night. Keep up the hard work, research, and preparation as we push on into Bastion of Twilight and Blackwing Descent!

Monday evening I had the opportunity to meet with Stoneybaby from Big Crits – a web-based reality show about World of Warcraft raiders. If you haven’t had the opportunity to catch up with Big Crits, it is really great show and most of the content, trials and tribulations are very similar to the type of challenges we deal with in Bound. Make sure to check it out.

And, if this video is any indication, they get just as much enjoyment out of dick jokes and silly boss strats as we do. Enjoy!

To celebrate Bound’s 1-Year Anniversary, we are giving members a chance to win a brand new Mechano Hog! To enter, create an image of your main character in Bound going HOG WILD, along with a caption. Entries are accepted via the contest’s forum thread through July 26th. At that point, the forum is closed and the entries are voted on by all members and a winner is selected. The winner will be announced at the August Guild Membership Meeting!

If ever there has been a time to be creative, this is it! Create your image in MS Paint, photoshop, illustrator, anything…. Just post it and enter to win!
